Register for Original Oratory, an intensive speech course that will teach students how to identify social problems, the effects, and brainstorm solutions to correct the issues. Students will learn how to properly conduct research, and think critically about the world around them.

About the event
This class meets on Tuesdays from 8:30 PM EST - 9:30 PM EST for a total of 16 classes from 1/17/2023 to 5/16/2023 (no class on 4/18/2023 and 2/21/2023).
Students will also participate in two national tournaments (online) throughout the duration of this class(tournaments occur over the weekends), one of which will be the Middle School Tournament of Champions.
This course is taught my Michelle Zhang, a senior at Boston Latin School. She is the head captain of the Boston Latin School speech team with experience in mentoring novices, and has received national recognition for her performance in Original Oratory. She is a Princeton University semi-finalist(national), a Peninsula invitational runner-up(national), a Paradigm Dowling runner-up(national), and NSDA and TOC qualifier.
